Preston Butts Jr.
Founder and CEO
Preston Butts Jr., founder and CEO of MEM10 Consulting, is a native Memphian with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Lyon College. An entrepreneur at heart, he has been involved in numerous ventures nationwide and continues to seek fresh new opportunities to help others succeed.
Preston has a passion for helping others reach their highest potential, both professionally and personally. He has worked with many organizations around the country, as well as with professional athletes, coaches, and front office personnel. Through business and philanthropic efforts, he has been able to leverage his platform and influence within the business community to help organizations of all sizes grow and structure mutually beneficial partnerships to generate long-term success. By using skills he has acquired over the past ten years, Preston has been able to bring clarity to the direction, mindset, and focus of multiple businesses, whether start-ups, well-established, or anything in between.

Taylor DeMagistris, Managing Partner at MEM10 Consulting, has been a resident of Memphis, TN since 2014. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Family and Community Services and English Minor from East Carolina University and an Executive Master’s Degree in Public Service from the Clinton School of Public Service at the University of Arkansas.
Taylor is fueled by her passion for supporting others and has an unwavering commitment to helping organizations give back to their respective communities through collective impact. She comes to MEM10 with both local and national consulting experience, and a depth of knowledge in advocacy, nonprofit development and management, philanthropy, and strategic planning.
Taylor has previously served on the Board of Directors for a Memphis-based charter school and multiple nonprofit organizations across Tennessee and North Carolina. In her free time, she enjoys working out, reading, and traveling with family and friends.

Jakob Eliason, Partner at MEM10 Consulting, is an Arkansas native, but he calls Memphis home. After receiving his Bachelor’s degree in Marketing at Arkansas State University, Jakob planted his roots in the Bluff City. His passion lies at the intersection of sports and business, a union that he believes is ripe with the opportunity to change the world.
He brings with him nearly a decade of experience in marketing strategy, leadership, business development and philanthropic efforts.
Jakob is married to April, and they are proud parents of their rescue dog, Ruby. He is also the owner of Eliason, LLC — a holding company for multiple business and real estate investments — and serves on the Board of Directors for the South Main Association in downtown Memphis. Jakob spends his free time reading books, watching basketball and making friends on Twitter.
